FULL-DAY HOME PROJECT PACKAGE · $899 LABOR ONLY
One reserved day for your home repair list.
Reserve up to 8 consecutive hours with Stepan at one property. We review your list and work through tasks in your agreed priority order.
The $200 minimum visit includes up to 2 hours; it is not an hourly rate or a quote for a longer visit. For a shorter list, request an individual estimate before choosing a full day.
What the day includes and how to prepare
- Small repairs and installations agreed before booking: doors, drywall, caulking, fixtures, mounting and assembly.
- Generally 9 AM–5 PM. Materials are extra; shopping time counts toward the eight hours.
- Have agreed materials ready to make the most of the day. Hidden damage or drying time may require another visit; every task is not guaranteed to be completed.
- Permit-required or licensed-contractor work, major electrical or plumbing work, hazardous work and heavy two-person tasks are excluded.

What does a visit cost?
The minimum service visit is $200, including up to two hours. Send photos and a description for a project estimate. Materials are additional; scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
Do I need the full-day package?
The $899 package reserves up to eight consecutive hours at one property for a prioritized project list. For a single repair or shorter list, request an individual estimate. We review the list before confirming a full day.
Who buys the materials?
We agree on the materials before the visit. You can supply the agreed items or ask Stepan to arrange them. Materials cost extra. For the full-day package, shopping time counts toward the eight hours, so preparing ahead helps make the most of the visit.
What happens after I send my request?
Stepan reviews your photos and details, asks about anything missing, and follows up by text. Pricing and the arrival window are confirmed before the visit. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
What if the work changes?
Additional work and changes to the agreed price are discussed with you before proceeding. Hidden damage or drying time may require a follow-up visit.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Payment details are provided with your project. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
